# 儲值指南

Chatlyst 使用兩種點數類型，每種點數支援不同的功能。

* 知識整合機器人點數可（KC 機器人）— 用於訓練和更新商業知識。
*  AI 回覆點數可 — 用於 AI 機器人的對話處理，包括在對話過程中生成和發送回覆。

### 如何儲值

使用者可以透過幾種方式開啟儲值頁面。請選擇當時最快的方式。

* 開啟 **設定 →** [**計費**](/chatlyst-user-guide/zh/settings-zh/ji-fei.md)。
* 開啟 **儀表板 → 使用情況**，然後選擇 [**儲值**](/chatlyst-user-guide/zh/dashboard-zh/shi-yong-qing-kuang.md)。
* （推薦）在首頁頁面上，使用 [**使用細明： 儲值捷徑**](/chatlyst-user-guide/zh/getting-started-zh/shou-ye.md#shi-yong-xi-ming)。
  * 當點數不足時，此捷徑非常實用。
  * 它還會顯示剩餘的點數餘額。

選擇 **立即儲值** 後，Chatlyst 將會重新導向至計費頁面。接著請選擇要購買的點數類型。

在點數分頁中，使用者可以查看可用點數，並在點數不足時於右上角看到「餘額不足」提醒。

每筆交易設有港幣 50 元 (HKD 50) 的最低購買金額限制（包含金額剛好等於 HKD 50 的情況）。

（選填）切換點數類型或同時儲值兩種點數類型。請使用視窗右側的切換開關。

檢查最近的用量（過去 30 天），以瞭解點數消耗的速度。

檢查所選點數類型的價格層級。選擇 **查看 KC 價格分段** 或 **查看 AI 價格分段** 來展開價格清單。在繼續之前，請先比較可用的層級以及其中包含的點數。

拖曳滑桿來設定金額，或在輸入欄位中輸入確切的數字。

檢查購買摘要以確認點數金額和總費用，然後選擇 **支付**。

* 儲存購買資訊 — 勾選該核取方塊以儲存購買資訊，以便下次更快速地結帳。

### 購買確認

* 購買完成後，Chatlyst 會重新導向回計費頁面。您可以在最近交易紀錄中確認該筆購買，那裡將會顯示新的購買紀錄。
