# 客戶自定義屬性

### 新增自定義屬性

輸入屬性的 **顯示名稱**。**屬性鍵值** 會在您輸入時自動產生。

* 屬性鍵值僅支援小寫英數字元、底線與連字號。鍵值一律以小寫儲存。

建議使用自動產生的屬性鍵值。請勿手動輸入鍵值，因為系統產生的鍵值更具一致性且較不容易出錯。

選取 **資料類型**：**字串 (文字)** 或 **數字**。

* **數字**：將此類型用於數字值。

### 自動更新客戶自定義屬性 (AI)

Chatlyst 能夠定期自動解析客戶互動紀錄，以擷取並更新屬性值。當**自定義屬性的說明詳細且明確時**，Chatlyst 會將其作為參考，從客戶對話中自動擷取相關資訊，並將其彙整至該屬性值中。\

這有助於在更新客戶資料時，減少手動輸入與人為錯誤。由於多數對話都會提及客戶的姓名與基本聯絡資訊，自動更新也有助於避免在對話區塊中出現匿名紀錄，並提升客戶資料的整體管理。

#### 更新頻率設定

使用者可以根據偏好，將自訂屬性的自動填寫更新頻率設定為每 3、6 或 9 小時執行一次。

若啟用 **自動更新客戶自定義屬性 (AI)**，每則訊息將會額外消耗 1 次 AI 回覆點數額度。舉例來說，標準的機器人回覆會消耗 1 次 AI 回覆點數額度；在啟用的情況下，相同的互動將會消耗 2 次額度（1 次用於機器人回覆，另 1 次用於屬性更新）。

所選的更新間隔**不會直接產生額外費用**。若將更新設定為每 3 小時執行一次，這並**不代表**每 3 小時就會自動扣除額度。

* **姓名**設定為 **Alan**。
* **電子郵件**設定為 **<alan@demo.com>**。
* **電話號碼**設定為 **98765432**。
* **自定義屬性欄位**會自動新增 **preferred language （偏好語言）**，並填入所提供的值：**English**。
* **客戶備註**也會更新對話摘要，以支援更好的後續跟進。
