# 新增小工具

在 WhatsApp 管道中，選取 **新增小工具（連結 WhatsApp 號碼）**。

### 行為

**控制小工具如何與訪客互動。**

* **轉接人工服務**  — 控制當機器人需要將對話轉交回真人客服時的情況。如果關閉此設定，當機器人嘗試將聊天路由至真人客服時，對話將自動關閉，而不會保持工作階段開啟以供接管。預設設定為開啟。

### 進階

調整技術與工作階段設定。

* **機器人訊息數量上限** — 設定單個聊天工作階段中允許的助理訊息最大數量。當達到此限制時，聊天將切換至真人用戶，且狀態將更新為 Pending 1st Response（等待首次回應）。

預設為每個工作階段 30 則訊息，最小值為 10。

* **對話閒置時間（分鐘）** — 設定在最新一則訊息後，工作階段保持隨時啟用的時間。作用中的工作階段只要訊息持續就會保持啟用。如果在設定的時間內（自最後一則訊息起算）沒有新訊息傳入，工作階段即會過期並關閉。如果真人在工作階段期間接管，該工作階段將保持啟用。

預設值為 1,440 分鐘（24 小時）。這是建議的設定。對於 WhatsApp 管道，此值不能超過 1,440 分鐘。

### 連結 WhatsApp

1. 選取 **連結 WhatsApp**。

2. 在 Meta 視窗中，登入您的 Facebook 帳戶（如果需要）。收到提示時，連接至 Effex，然後選取 **繼續**。
