# 新增小工具

在「網站內嵌 」管道中，選取 **新增小工具**。

在小工具設定頁面中，於左側面板輸入小工具詳細資訊並配置設定。在進行變更時，可在右側查看即時預覽，然後完成設定。

小工具配置包含三個區塊：[**外觀**](#wai-guan-appearance)、[**行為**](#xing-wei-behavior) 和 [**進階**](#jin-jie-advanced)。

### 外觀

控制小工具的視覺設計，包括名稱、顏色和在頁面上的放置位置。

1. **基本資訊**
   * **公司顯示名稱** — 顯示在小工具標頭中、面向大眾的名稱。
   * **小工具名稱** — 用於管理多個小工具的內部名稱。
   * **歡迎訊息** — 小工具開啟時顯示的問候語。

2. **小工具顏色**

* **主色調** — 設定整個小工具使用的主顏色，並定義整體的品牌外觀。此顏色套用於標頭和小工具啟動器，且不會在切換主題時改變。可以在選色器中選擇顏色，或輸入 HEX 顏色代碼。

2. **小工具主題**

   * 若要設定小工具體驗的主題，請選擇最符合預期訪客視覺感受的主題選項。
     * **淺色** — 將淺色樣式套用於小工具主體和輸入欄位。
     * **深色** — 將深色樣式套用於小工具主體、輸入欄位和頁尾。
     * **自動** — 根據系統設定自動設定小工具主題。

3. **位置**
   * 若要設定小工具在網站上的顯示位置，請選擇要向訪客展示的位置（**右下角**、**左下角**、**置中**，或 **內嵌**）。此設定決定了小工具在螢幕上出現的位置，或者是否在頁面中嵌入小工具的地方以行內形式顯示。

### 行為

**控制小工具如何與訪客互動。**

* **轉接人工服務** — 控制當機器人需要將對話轉交回真人客服時的情況。如果關閉此設定，當機器人嘗試將聊天路由至真人客服時，對話將自動關閉，而不會保持工作階段開啟以供接管。預設設定為開啟。

### 進階

**調整技術與工作階段設定。**

* **機器人訊息數量上限** — 設定單個聊天工作階段中允許的助理訊息最大數量。當達到此限制時，聊天將切換至真人用戶，且狀態將更新為 **等待首次回應**。

預設為每個工作階段 30 則訊息，最小值為 10。

* **對話閒置時間（分鐘）** — 設定在最新一則訊息後，工作階段保持隨時啟用的時間。只要訊息持續，工作階段就會保持啟用。如果在設定的時間內（自最後一則訊息起算）沒有新訊息傳入，工作階段即會過期並關閉。如果真人在工作階段期間接管，該工作階段將保持啟用。

### 小工具啟用

建立小工具後，系統會自動開啟下一頁，以便審查小工具的詳細資訊與啟用步驟。

1. 在「小工具配置」分頁（位於頁面中央）中，確認小工具狀態顯示為 **草稿**（未啟用）。
2. 在頁面底部的「嵌入代碼」分頁中，檢視未啟用提示訊息。
3. 若要啟用小工具，請切換右上角的開關將其開啟。

4. 確認小工具狀態從 **草稿** 變更為 **已啟用**，且不再出現未啟用提示訊息。
