### 操作

#### 置頂 / 取消置頂

使用置頂將重要對話保留在對話串列表的頂部。

釘選功能有助於處理需要以下處理的對話：

* 密切監控
* 緊急跟進
* 頻繁參考

釘選的對話仍會遵循目前的對話標籤和任何啟用中的篩選條件。如果釘選的對話與所選的標籤或篩選條件不符，則不會顯示在對話串列表中。

若要取消釘選對話：

1. 開啟 **額外選項**。
2. 選擇 **取消置頂**。

#### 延後

使用 **延後** 暫時暫停對話，使其不需要立即處理。

選擇 **延後** 後，會出現 延後對話 視窗。

1. 設定恢復的日期與時間。
2. （選填）新增原因或備註。
3. 選擇 **延後** 以套用延後。

當對話被延後時，它在對話串列表中的位置會下移，因為它在暫停期間會被視為較低優先級。

當延後時間過去後，狀態會從 **延後** 更新為 **先前已延後**。

#### 取消延後

若要取消延後對話（**延後** 或 **先前已延後**）：

1. 開啟 **額外選項**。
2. 選擇 **取消延後**。

取消延後後：

* 對話將在對話串列表中恢復。
* 狀態會更新為 **待回覆**。

#### 交還給 AI
