# Auto-fill

The **Auto-fill feature** is a powerful tool that automatically generates document content by crawling a provided website. Our bot scrapes the website based on the **category you choose**:

* If you select **Company & Brand Identity**, the bot extracts brand information.
* If you select **Ticket Handling Policy & SOP**, it extracts support and ticketing data instead.

Even if you input the **same website** but pick a **different category**, the bot will crawl for different types of information.

You can use Auto-fill:

* **At the beginning** to [create Core Knowledge](#first-time-setup-create-new-knowledge)
* **Periodically** to [update and enhance that knowledge](#updating-existing-knowledge-enhance-with-website)
